What I Offer
The Listening Willow Coaching
I'm a holistic coach who offers deep listening in service to your innate wisdom and unique voice. I love providing space where people can discover more of themselves. I listen to people so they can remember who they really are. People who work with me embody their wholeness and authentic self-expression and frequently tell me they feel seen and heard. I offer coaching and facilitation that allow people’s authentic, beautiful, and sacred selves to emerge so that they can take their next best steps forward in their relationships, their work, and their lives.
See my About Me page for more details on the story behind The Listening Willow.
Working with a stellar team at Finding Human, a Leadership Development company, we offer a simple, teachable, and impactful approach to help organizations cultivate connected cultures where people thrive.
We combine our vast experience in change-management, leadership development, conflict transformation and group facilitation. We weave together practical know-how with the wisdom of the heart. We guide leaders, teams and organizations toward the edge of their own growth and discovery, enhancing connectivity and maximizing efficiency.
I've created a number of different wilderness experiences that focus on deep listening to self, others, and place. Whether rafting down the river followed by conflict resolution practices or canoeing from a peaceful campsite as a morning grounding practice, I'm passionate about pairing the work I do with the more-than-human world around us. I create and lead workshops for The Compassionate Listening Project, as well as co-lead their annual delegation to Israel and Palestine. This delegation is training in being a heart-warrior. It strengthens our pathways back to our greatest resource (our hearts, our bodies, our intuition). Participants learn about this unique conflict while supporting Peacemakers on the ground and learning an embodied practice that will serve them in every aspect of life. If you're interested in learning how to transcend labels and move beyond the polarization that is plaguing so much of our society, this trip is a great way to do so.
